this is not for the young, I thought it was in detailed different animal bones that kids would understand, returned because wasn't for a 6yr old, words to big. wish amazon would post photos of insides of books.
This book is great for kids who are into dinosaurs. My nephew was so excited (he knows everything about dinosaurs) he called to tell me that there was a dinosaur he had never heard off.
I bought this for my 5 year old grandson. It is a great book for beginner Paleontologists. The pictures are wonderful.
For a grandson who is crazy about science, especially paleontology, he was more than pleased with the book.
