I am a big fan of the four hour series with 4HB being my favorite. I have it on my kindle as well as a hard copy and I recomend it to everyone who wants to tweak there body. As much as I love reading the stories in the 4HB, I thought this would be a good reference for when I am trying to remember things about workout routines, diets, or supplements. In fortunately there are some details, measurements, and rep mistakes that really change the routines that you would potentially try. Although I'm sure some of those issues may be typos or mistakes, the devil is in the details. If you really want to do what is in the 4HB, then buy the 4HB. It's only 15 bucks more and it is accurate.

I should have bought the 4-Hour Body. The summary doesn't have the right information to allow you to use the book as a manual. And I have no idea if this is an authorised book. There is NO publisher information on the copyright page and copyright is not attributed to an author or a publisher - which is unusual to say the least.I am dissapointed.

Total waste. I expected this summary to provide the needed instruction to follow Ferriss’s plan without all the scientific back up in the original. Instead it was mostly summaries of the theories but hardly any practical how-to. I’m very sorry I bothered.

Such a great read actually. I learned so many things in this book, most especially about how you can lose fat, and I was intrigued by the wonders of garlic in losing weight. This book also discussed ways how you can improve your sex life which I think is very important to every individual. Nice summary book.

I'm always skeptical when it comes to weight loss, diets, quick fixes but it not only works but, it's actually something you can maintain. I lost 35 pounds, was not left feeling hungry or like I was missing out. Simple, real foods and love my kettle bell!

There are great tips included. I’m thinking it would be best to read the book first, then use this reference. That way you will have a better idea of the contents of some special diets, tests and exercises that are not fully explained in this summary.
